Moses Wheeler Bridge Project

Tom Warne recently began facilitating the partnering efforts for the Moses Wheeler Bridge Project on I-95 in Connecticut.  The project is being constructed by a joint venture of Walsh and PCL and is has a planned completion date of 2016.  The Connecticut Department of Transportation is the owner of this $166 million project.
