Moses Wheeler Bridge Reconstruction Partnering Contract

Tom Warne has been invited to provide partnering facilitation services for the Moses Wheeler Bridge Replacement Project in New Haven (Milford), Connecticut.  The contractor is a joint venture of Walsh and PCL with the Connecticut Department of Transportation as the owner.  The project is on an aggressive schedule with completion currently set at 60 months.
