290E Manor Expressway Project
Tom Warne is now providing the partnering facilitation services for the 290E Manor Expressway Project. This latest in a long series of projects being constructed by the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA) provides an extension to the existing 290 corridor. Webber and Texas Sterling form the joint venture with Michael Baker providing their engineering services. Atkins represents CTRMA.
