Improving Partnerships Initiative

Tom Warne was invited with Accora Research to provide research services for the Minnesota Department of Transportation for the Improving Partnerships Initiative.  This first pilot phase included sampling the views of county engineers, city engineers, MPO/RDC executives and internal leaders.  Questions covered the range of partnership topics including trust, communications, and professional interactions.  The results of this pilot research were presented to MnDOT executives during the week of July 25^th.  Tentative plans include expanding the effort to include 6-10 other partner groups.
