Elected as an outside director in 2002, Tom Warne has served on the Kleinfelder Board since that time. Kleinfelder is a privately held engineering firm headquartered in San Diego, California with clients and offices throughout the United States. With nearly 2000 employees Kleinfelder is a ENR Top 50 firm that provides services in transportation, water, waste water, air quality, geotechnical engineering as well as a variety of other services to the petroleum industry. Tom was elected to the board in 2006 as an outside director and continues to serve in that capacity. Wilbur Smith Associates (WSA) is over 75 years old and has an enviable resume of both domestic and international projects. WSA has approximately 1800 employees and is a privately held company.
